Are you not satisfied with our service which you purchased? You can request a refund here, in this page.

we believe you might try many providers without any interruption before and you may think our service is not stable.

in fact, basic services with low traffic are unknown against internet providers and there are not many restrictions on their connections.

but famous services have much traffic and Internet providers try to find and restrict their connections.

but we have alternative Good senders and playlist which we are sure one of them will work fine on your Internet.

so, we will give you another service to test. and if still you are not satisfied we will do refund

Note: Please note that we will refund completely only purchases which have been done in less than 7-days. All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days before the refund request) will be returned partially according to the used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Refund usually takes 5 ~ 7 workdays to take place and it's not in our hands to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.
